Allow two weeks for delivery. Because we ship via UPS whenever possible, it is very important that you provide street addresses and apartment numbers when applicable for all orders. UPS will not deliver to post office boxes. Perishable (keep refrigerated) items are shipped via One Day Air in a reusable styrofoam container. We ship all perishable orders Monday through Thursday only. Sorry, we do not ship perishable items outside the continental United States. All perishable items will arrive in a semi-frozen state. Please refrigerate immediately upon arrival. Non-perishable packages shipped internationally are shipped via Federal Express or UPS. For information on charges, please contact our Customer Service Department. Recipients will be responsible for paying duties and taxes for orders sent internationally. For information on Saturday delivery and charges, please contact our Customer Service Department. (Please allow two standard working days for your orders to clear the warehouse before shipping begins.) Certain baskets, due to size, will require an additional charge if shipped One or Two Day Air. To assure delivery before Christmas, without overnight or 2-day air shipping charges, orders must be shipped from Bornstein Seafoods by December 6th. We guarantee delivery of our product in perfect condition to the addresses indicated on the order form. Please double check all shipping addresses to assure the information is current and correct. Unfortunately, we cannot extend our guarantee to shipments which require forwarding or regular mail. Terms: Perishable: Product that will ship frozen. These items must be refrigerated immediately upon arrival and consumed within 1 week of opening. Non-Perishable: Needs to be refrigerated only after opening.
